Must Have Car Features

It would be troublesome today to discover a vehicle that doesn’t have those components standard, less the cassette player. You’d most likely need to pay a considerable amount additional for that

First Time Shipper

I don’t know how you could give them anything less than 5 stars. I live in Oregon and my friend found a car in Florida. Suncoast had the best price. My friend first spoke with Jon, then I took over. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t waste time. He gave a time frame for pick up. Becky called me the morning prior to let me know the status. The carrier couldn’t fit in my friends neighborhood so they arranged to meet the carrier at a nearby Lowes. Suncoast contracts out and it depends on which carrier is going that direction. My carrier was Cargo Vikings Inc. I was promptly emailed receipts, bill of lading, client information and the contract. We were able to do everything via email and phone. They left Florida on a Tuesday afternoon. I was given the carriers dispatch name and phone number. I live two hours from the drop off point. I’m on the Oregon coast and roads here congest with tourist traffic and are windy. I called dispatch on the third day. Ray (the dispatcher) said the carrier was in Wyoming and broke down due to tire issues. He expected the ETA to be Thursday PM or Friday AM. Holy smokes…3 days early!! We received a call from the driver the day before drop off. They would meet us at the drop off site between 1-2 the next day. We arrived early and they called when they were 15 minutes out. We waited and there they were! So exciting! It was two drivers and he apologized for being late. I said..”Are you kidding? You’re 3 days early!” I actually hugged him. They were so careful getting my car off the truck and drove her right next to where we were parked. Not one speck of damage. She was dirty but they hit thunderstorms. The drivers were great. Professional, kind of kept to themselves, but did the job and did it well. We gave them a tip. One of them was waving to me as I pulled away. Such nice guys. This was my first experience shipping a car and it was a good one. Thank you Suncoast and thank you Cargo Vikings Inc.
